Questions about products are answered with either the product in-hand, or by showing me in their website (if it’s not on-hand at the store and must be ordered). Questions about bikes in general lead to informational discussions and a great deal of knowledge exchanged. I’m a female rider and have never felt unwelcome or shunned in Cycle Gear. I recommend all my riding friends get their gear here."

"My number one, go-to place for gear. Prices are comparable to what you can find online without having to worry about shipping -and you can guarantee the fit and walk out with it same day. Further, the employees are awesome and willing to help you get the gear that suits your needs and not just what will rack up final sale price. They're even willing to order different sizes or out of stock items if they can, just to give you the convenience option.
The one negative I have is the parking situation isn't the best -but now that I've got most of my gear, I can come by on my bike and there should be room to breath in that small parking lot."
